Case Study: B-Side Farm

Website Analysis  |  Competitive Review

B-Side Farm is a one-acre flower farm offering unique, local floral design and workshops in the Sonoma County area. 

The owner was looking for an audit of her site, as well as basic keyword research and a competitive review. She needed current SEO stats and recommendations for improved website performance.

​We began with a Google Analytics report to analyze current site traffic and continued with a review of on-page content and site information (such as site and page speed, links, crawl errors, meta data, etc.), as well as completing keyword research. 

We also did an overview analysis of 4 competitor sites, provided the client with a full report and gave recommendations that focused on "quick wins" for traffic improvement and better user experience.

Results: 

After one month – and after acting on the report's recommendations by adding some new content to the site, increasing social posts and making minimal SEO improvements – overall website sessions/visits were up 92%, users up 101%, and pageviews up 69%.
